Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage reaches beyond the surface level and purposefully works out those tired and tight muscles. Pressure is typically firm and slow in order to break up adhesions and tension found throughout the body. This type of massage is ideal for those that are physically active or that suffer from chronic pain.
